Beautiful color and I love the mega-closeup! I'm sorry the storms beat up your flowers. That always makes me sad. I've avoided planting flowers that don't last all season because I don't like the look when they are done. Tulips and Daffodils are hugely popular here, but they only look nice for a couple weeks.

That is so beautiful! I miss peonies - for some reason, we don't have them in Indiana. Must just be an Ohio thing.
(The town I'm from is actually called the Peony Capital of the World. LOL. They have a festival in June and everything. Crazy.) -
