Congrats on the loss, Mendie! You're doing a great job. Yes, be prepared, take your own meals and snacks, and stay strong. Maybe YOU could be the one to bring a veg platter or some fruit for everyone. You can do this!
From my experience, it can only take a day to get off course, so good for you for preparing for it!
Congrats Mendie, what a great start to the challenge. Long days at work are tough, but if you are prepared you can get through them. Good luck with your run tonight too, I am at the same place, does your schedule have you running 20 minutes at the end of the week? I am nervous!

Great loss this week! I remember when I used to have to do phsyical counts and those days were brutal, way to think ahead and be prepared!
